Straight cylinders of only one piece of natural cork of various dimensions with absence of oxidizing residues and a microbiological count of less than 10 CFU/stopper of aerobic mesophilic bacteria and less than 5 CFU/stopper of filamentous fungi and yeast.

There are 2 varieties of natural stopper:
· PREMIUM: indicated for Crianza and / or Reserve wines.
· STANDARD: indicated for Young, Oak and Crianza wines.

Natural cork stoppers whose pores or lenticels have been covered with virgin cork powder. They get a closure similar to that of a natural cork with the advantage of a lower price. They are optimal for young wines bottling. The rest of the characteristics are identical to those of the natural cork stoppers but with a higher density range: 140-250 Kg/m3.

It is a micro-agglomerated stopper formed from finer and pure cork granules, rich in suberin, joined by food binders. Density 250-320 Kg/m3. Humidity: 4.5-7%. Recommended for white, rosé and young red wines.

Agglomerated cork stopper with a natural cork disk on the top and another on the bottom. Density: 235-315 Kg/m3. Humidity: 4.5-7.5. There are 3 qualities and depending on each quality are recommended for crianza or young wines.

The stopper is rounded and bevelled at the end to favor a better introduction. The cork stopper can be natural, colmatedor agglomerated, and its plastic or wooden head can be customized. Recommended for liqueur wines, spirits and oils.

Stoppers used for the manual closure of standard 75 cl bottles, ready for use, are ideal for a quick introduction and extraction in bottle without the need to use a bottling machine.
